Steve Rac | Managing Director

Steve has worked in the EPOS and IT service industry for 20 years. He founded ARC in April 2000 and since then has built it up to the strong position that it occupies in today’s EPOS and IT services marketplace. ARC is built on a passion for service excellence, having the best staff available in the industry, a can-do approach at all times and ensuring that our customers are delighted with everything that we do for them. Steve believes that our true vendor independence and the portfolio of services that we provide are a winning formula and he is focused on growing the business through long term, mutually beneficial customer relationships.

Eddie Walsh | General Manager – ARC Ireland

Eddie has over 20 years experience in the EPOS and IT Industry and heads up ARC Services Ireland where he is responsible for all aspects of the Irish business. ARC Ireland’s service portfolio mirrors that of the UK business and the interaction between both businesses is transparent to our customers. Having previously been a customer of ARC, Eddie brings invaluable insight from a customer perspective to our business.

Christian Irwin | Customer Relationship Director

Christian has spent over 20 years in the EPOS and IT services industry and his role as Customer Relationship Director he is focused on looking after ARC’s key accounts and growing our existing customer base.

Russel Warburton F.C.A | Financial Director

Russel qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1973 and since then has spent the majority of his career in private practice advising owner managed businesses on a wide variety of issues including structure, finance, tax planning and general commercial trading. Russel has acted as Finance Director to ARC since it commenced trading. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the business including statutory and management accounts, cash flow and bank relationship, pensions, insurance and tax and general financial planning.
